During intership hosted by the gallery Klatovy Klenová, I participated with my colleagues on conception of narrative site-specific exhibition. We designed the installation for the interior of Church of St. Lawrence, which has a specific history. After the process of deconsecration the main function of the building turned into the warehouse.Currently it serves as a space for contemporary art exhibitions.
Due to this historical fact we laid down a concept of retelling one of the biblical stories beyond good and evil. For that purpose we made a six panels of shadowplay that visualize the story of Lucifer. An exhibition of such a controversial topic aimed to emphasize a complicated history of the place which is firmly tied to the cultural memory of town of Klatovy.
The project remained in a version of draft concept.
